Our 2019 Mr Chilli 1st place award-wining Sambal Oelek is for the budding chef who likes to add their own spices.
Oelek is traditionally a raw chilli paste similar starting flavours to our Sambal Badjak Hot without all the secret spices, still includes our famous JnJ secret mix of ingredients.
It can be used as a base to make your own Sambals. It works best when added to a meal rather than being used as a direct sauce.
